1. Quality Assurance Specialist 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests
  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
  • Discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
  • Creating training materials and operating manuals
  • Complying with the company’s quality assurance standards
  • Experience in creating the SOPs (standard operating procedure)

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field ( ISO preferred).

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills( Arabic preferred)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

2- Technician 

  • Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical/Plumbing.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Bahrain. 
  • Should have knowledge about basic operations of tools.
  • Physically strong.
  • Age less than 30 years old.

3- Service Manager

Job Description

Leading a service team of skilled biomedical technicians in the Maintenance, repair, and operation of medical equipment.

  • Distribute the tasks,
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the service department,
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards,
  • Maintaining excellent and fast customer service,
  • Stick to the processes and procedures,
  • Reporting to your direct management,
  • Discuss the issues with your direct manager.



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in biomedical equipment service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (Prefer to have Experience in Bahrain Market).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of biomedical testing and repair equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding medical device manufacturing and operating instructions.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

4- Dental and Radiology Sales Representative

Job Description:

A Dental and Radiology Sales Representative is a crucial role in the medical equipment and supplies industry, specifically focusing on the needs of dental and radiology practices and acts as a bridge between manufacturers and healthcare professionals, ensuring dental offices and imaging centers have the latest technology and products to deliver optimal patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop sales leads:This involves building relationships with dentists, radiologists, practice managers, and other decision-makers within the healthcare field.
  • Product knowledge and demonstration:Possessing an in-depth knowledge of dental and radiology equipment, including X-ray machines, scanners, dental chairs, and software, is essential. You’ll need to effectively demonstrate their benefits and how they address specific practice needs.
  • Negotiation and closing deals:This involves understanding pricing structures and product specifications, presenting competitive offers, and negotiating terms to secure sales.
  • Customer service and support:Building long-term relationships with clients is vital. This includes providing post-sale support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards.


Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the dental and radiology in the Bahraini market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Communication skills, especially persuasion, to convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prospect/generate leads and develop/maintain client relationships.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Technical understanding of medical equipment.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining strong time management skills.

  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.


Experience Requirements

  • Candidate must be a Registered Radiographer in good standing.
  • Three years’ work experience in the medical (preferred to be in the Bahrain market).
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with the ability to maintain extended periods of computer usage.
  • Background in Dental and Radiology.
  • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service and or sales process.
  • Some experience with contracts.
