1. Quality Assurance Specialist
Duties and responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
- Creating training materials and operating manuals
- Complying with the company’s quality assurance standards
- Experience in creating the SOPs (standard operating procedure)
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field ( ISO preferred).
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills( Arabic preferred)
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
2– Laboratory Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Laboratory Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for science, experience in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. In this role, you will promote and sell our laboratory equipment and supplies to healthcare and research institutions, helping to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the healthcare, research, and diagnostic industries.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through client outreach, presentations, and negotiation.
- Stay informed on new laboratory technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
- Provide expert technical advice to clients and support them in product selection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science) or business.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the laboratory or medical device industry.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in laboratory technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
